Apostle Charlezetta Nixon

Apostle Charlezetta “Char” Nixon is the Founder of Transformation Ministry (formerly Blessed Ministries Interdenominational Ministry) and the co-founder along with husband Pastor Joseph Nixon of Freedom In Christ Christian Fellowship Ministry (FICCFM).
She has been favored by God to impact audiences nationally and internationally through her powerful preaching and unique teachings that are designed to train and mobilize God’s army and to usher in a mantle of healing and deliverance to His people. She is an apostle of prayer, a visionary, a planter, plower, and reformer of old religious systems wherever God sends her. No matter the cost, she has her eyes set on the Savior, the harvest (sinners), and equipping of the saints.
Apostle Char was licensed as an Evangelist in August 2002 by the Rt. Rev. John R. Bryant, then the Presiding Prelate of the 5th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church. On August 1, 2009 she was set apart as an Apostle in the Body of Christ by Bishop Dr. Jackie Green, founder of JGM Enternational PrayerLife Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2002 after receiving a vision from the Lord in Tacoma, WA, she established Blessed Ministries Interdenominational Ministry, a 501c3 non-profit ministry with a strong apostolic and prophetic mandate. In January 2006, JGM-Enternational PrayerLife Institute became the apostolic and prophetic covering over Blessed Ministries and in 2010 the administrative office moved to Los Angeles, CA. In 2015 she and her husband planted Freedom in Christ Christian Fellowship Church in Aurora, CO. After much prayer with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, in January 2017, Blessed Ministries changed its name to Freedom in Christ Christian Fellowship Church and established Transformation Ministry as an operating healing and deliverance ministry under the church.
In 2022 Apostle Char heard from the Lord and in January 2023 she passed her mantle as lead Pastor over the church and the organizational structure changed to Freedom in Christ Christian Fellowship Ministry (FICCFM) with the church FICCFC, Transformation Healing and Deliverance Ministry, Transforming Prayer Ministry, Transformation Ministry Institute operating under the umbrella of FICCFM. FICCFM also covers many ministries. Because of her love for the hurting and abused particularly those in the LGBTQ Ministry, in January 2023 she established Army of Love Ministry (ALM). ALM is a prayer ministry designed especially for the LGBTQ Community, their family and friends to be able to call to request prayer.
In cooperation with the larger Body of Christ, the ministry is dedicated to raising up houses of prayer across the nation (Matthew 21:12-14), equipping the saints for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16), and the fulfillment of the Great Commission, (Mark 16:15-18 and Psalms 2:8). With members located throughout the nation, FICCFM provides prayer covering to churches, ministries, businesses, missionaries, psalmists and global marketplace visionaries of the Lord. The ministry specializes in deliverance and healing conferences and gatherings for youth, children, adults, clergy, musicians, entrepreneurs and church leaders to help mature the Body of Christ. FICCFM is a ministry of excellence, a ministry of integrity, a ministry of prayer and a ministry of the “new breed” that God is raising up for this hour.
Apostle Nixon has attended the University of Phoenix, City University in Tacoma, Washington and Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She received her Bachelors and Master’s Degrees from Rapha Deliverance University in June 2018 and is currently attending RDU pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Pastoral and Deliverance Counseling. She is a Certified Teacher via satellite at Rapha Deliverance University based in Redlands, CA. However, her greatest education has come from the years of ministry side-by-side with her husband Rev. Joseph Nixon.
Apostle Nixon feels honored and blessed by God to have five blessed children and six blessed grandchildren and one great grandson.
As one who emphatically believes God’s Word Her testimony is “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not been made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 (NIV).
